I like that the app gives the campus community the ability to contact dispatch through text messaging, which most younger adults prefer, and the dispatcher has the ability to respond to them and hold a conversation.

Hyper-Accurate Indoor Positioning System (HIPS)

Our safety app is equipped with NIST tested technology that can locate an emergency activation down to the floor and room number in multi-story buildings.

Far Exceeds FCC Expectations
According to NIST’s official report, our technology far exceeds FCC vertical and horizontal location requirements through year 2021.

No Degradation in High Rise Buildings
According to NIST’s official report, our location technology is just as accurate in a 100-story building.

No Additional Hardware Required
Other companies may drive up costs with expensive and problematic beacon installations. Our HIPS technology can locate far more accurately based on existing WiFi Access Points.

Anonymous Tip Submission Improved
Anonymous Reporting
Any Anonymous Tip can be sent… anonymously! This greatly encourages use of the feature. Many people will opt to disregard contacting authorities altogether if it means they must also give up personal information that may tie them to the situation.
Start a Conversation
When an Anonymous Tip is submitted, a conversation can be started by the authorities who receive it, allowing further understanding of the situation and the ability to take action quickly.
Multi-Purpose
App users can use Anonymous Tip to prevent or report safety concerns, submit service requests to the proper departments, or text the correct dispatch during an emergency when calling is not ideal.
Send Photos / Videos
Tips can easily be sent with attached photos or videos, giving authorities a much better idea of what’s going on. Whether it’s a suspicious person wandering about, or a broken street light… allowing app users to attach media is a great way to get the bigger picture.
